2017- a FRESH new YEAR!

Iā€™m Lara, co- founder of Foodstory Scotland.

I live and work in Aberdeen- Friday to Tuesday and live and work in Edinburgh- Tuesday to Friday in case you wondered why I’m in two cities a lot of the time.

I’m writing stories and taking photos of lovely foodie and coffee places around Scotland and afar.

I also use this blog to post up recipes from the cafe.

The first one being our vegan nacho cheese! šŸ™‚

Ive also just been checking out cafes in London, Paris, Barcelona, Granada and Valencia. I’ll post these places up as well! šŸ™‚

Vegan Nacho Cheese:

10 cups of potato

5 cups of carrots

2.1/2 cups of water

1.2/3 cups of olive oil

10 tsp of salt

5 tsp of lemon

2.5 cups of nutritional yeast

2 garlic clove (1.1/4 of organic garlic powder)

1/2 an onion (1.1/4 of organic onion powder)

dash of cayenne pepper

2.1/2 tsp of organic veg stock

Peel and boil the carrots and potatoes and make sure that they are really soft. And then blend everything else.

These symptoms are usually noticed during the early stages of treatment. Don’t worry, they are limited and usually pass within a week.
