FoodStory Nutritional Therapist, Sarah Ormerod (mBANT, CNHC) of Thryve Nutrition will be sharing advice, tips and recipes to keep you informed and inspired. Expect regular content, live online Q&A sessions and mini consultations. 

Sarah adopts a personalised approach to nutrition, creating individualised plans based on real food (no fads or calorie counting).  As a keen long distance runner and triathlete, she also specialises in personalised sports nutrition.
